New Business Development Manager
If you are an experienced salesperson working in the small format digital and/or B2 litho sector, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding New Business sales team.
Bishops Printers are a well-respected, well-resourced and stable business providing you the perfect platform to grow your client base and expand your product offering. You will be part of a pro-active and motivated team and will be fully supported to achieve your goals.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, with flexibility for remote working. As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations and managing your client accounts.

What you will need:
- Experience in the printing industry working with small format digital and B2 litho.
- Sales experience and a proven track record of success.
- New business development and lead generation skills.
- Sales presentation and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

Graduate Print Estimator
If you have an analytical mind with a keen eye for detail, a passion for business and delivering great customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.
We're looking for Business Graduates (or a similar discipline) to launch their career within a fast-paced dynamic and cutting-edge business. You will have a structured training programme and once your training plan finishes your career will begin as one of our 5-strong team of Print Estimators.
Could this be the idea role for you?
Our Business Graduate programme would suit graduates from a business or similar background looking for a fast-paced role within the front end of the business. Applications are also welcomed from candidates who have a background in customer service with strong analytical skills. No previous experience in print is required as full training will be provided.
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Have a high level of numeracy and accuracy
- Have the ability to communicate adeptly in writing and verbally
- Possess good organisational skills
- Be able to deliver high standards of customer service
- Be a self-starter who enjoys a targeted and fast paced environment
What will my new role involve?
You will join one of the largest commercial printing firms in the South of England, with a diverse range of clients. You will be working on our brand new, ground breaking MIS producing a wide range of estimates for both lithographic and digital print. Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will ensure that client estimates are produced accurately and quickly, ensuring that we are at the forefront for any given project.
