Graduate Print Estimator

Are you a business minded graduate with a keen eye for detail? Do you have an analytical mind and a passion for great customer service? If you're ready to launch your career within a fast-paced, state of the art print business this could be the ideal role for you...

What will my new role involve?

At times, being an estimator is like putting together a printing puzzle. Piecing together a project's size, number of sheets, binding and additional print finishes, with different paper specifications and production processes. The goal - to devise the most cost efficient approach to running print jobs to calculate the lowest cost options for prospective and existing clients.

You'll gain a breadth of knowledge (through extensive training and on-the-job experience) encompassing the technical elements of print, our cutting edge digital and litho presses, plus our extensive finishing equipment. You'll gain particular insight into the demands of running a manufacturing business and be able to make recommendations to clients and Bishops' account managers in easy to understand language.

Using our printIQ Management Information System, you'll have a high degree of personal responsibility and enjoy the support of our four-strong Estimating Team.

We offer a competitive package

  • The salary begins at £20K for graduates without estimating experience.
    For professional estimators a commensurate salary will be offered.
  • 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days + bank holidays

Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next big opportunity, or looking to start your career in client services?

What will my new role involve?

Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client base, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, based on delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times. The team you'll be joining are proud of their reputation for friendly and efficient, tailored sales account management. To fit in you'll need to be outgoing, highly organised and motivated to join them in delivering outstanding customer service. You must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, to deadlines.
