With our in-house die-cutting facilities and specialist equipment, bespoke presentation folders have become a specialty at Bishops. With the addition of a B2 digital press, we’re able to produce small, high quality print runs for you as well as large scale orders.
If you’re looking for an off-the-shelf folder design, we have 11 free templates available. Most are designed to fit into standard C4 envelopes. You can choose between glued pockets and self-locking, capacity and non-capacity folders.
If you'd prefer to supply your own cutter guide for a bespoke presentation folder, please ensure that the glue flap is on the main body of the folder and not on the pocket.

Flat or folded?
Glued pocket folders are usually supplied flat (with the pockets assembled) so that they take up less space in storage, but if you’d like them folded just let us know.
Presentation is everything
From simple, practical document holders to pitch-winning delivery tools, our presentation folders are always immaculately finished. Outside covers can be embossed, varnished, foiled and laminated. Even small orders can be produced with spot colours (including metallic and fluorescent inks) with our 7-colour digital press.
Tips
- If your design includes solid colour across a fold, adding lamination will prevent cracking and the white fibres beneath showing through.
- Your folder should be a minimum of 350gsm. We can litho print your folder up to 400gsm, and up to 450gsm with digital printing.
- To prevent scuffs and scratches you can add Anti-scuff laminate for a better level of protection.
